Job Description This role is responsible for leading the formation, negotiation, and ongoing management of corporate agreements with select strategic customers within a specific industry. The Corporate Agreement Manager will collaborate with Sales, Business Units, Contracts & Negotiations, Legal, and external customers to develop data-driven commercial strategies and negotiate contracts that align with Rockwell Automation policies and procedures. - Leads the Corporate Agreement negotiation strategy and develops global discounts and incentives through collaboration with Sales, Business Unit Leadership, Industry Directors, and Sr. Level Executives. - Maintains world-class negotiation skills and discount strategies through continuous learning and development. - Communicates and documents RA's differential value and market position to establish standardization and strengthen strategic partnerships with industry-leading customers. - Formulates global discount strategies using industry-specific customer segmented data. Required Skills and Qualifications This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as superior project management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of 8 years of experience in direct customer contract and global discount negotiations. - Minimum of 3 years in industrial automation industry. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Products Suite. - SAP System use experience is desired. - Project Management and Commercial Sales experience is desired. - Professional Pricing Society Certification is desired.
