If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you! **Qualifications**: Professionals in this role get to: Expected to design the overall functionality of the product, in order to ensure a great user experience Able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes Problem-solving aptitude Excellent written and oral communication skills Good Presentation Skills At least 2-3 years of knowledge of working in a Travel Domain. - Proven experience as a UX Designer - A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, usability and accessibility concerns - Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, JustinMind, UXPin, Balsamiq) - Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus - BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field **Responsibilities**: - Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences - Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a multiple range of devices and interfaces - Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions - Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features - Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs - Collaborate with other team members
