Requirements and Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a B2B company. - Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through process improvements and strategic planning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, HubSpot, ClickUp/Asana, Zapier, and other similar tools. - Cognitive exam in math, verbal, and attention to detail required.
