Responsibilities Make outbound calls to pre-qualified, warm leads provided by the company’s established lead generation system Engage with small business owners to schedule product demonstrations that showcase our innovative social media automation platform Work directly with company founders to coordinate demo scheduling and follow-up activities Maintain consistent call activity with targets of 50-80+ calls per day depending on available phone system capabilities Utilize company CRM systems and phone technology to track prospects and manage appointment pipeline Follow up strategically with interested prospects to secure confirmed demonstration appointments Communicate the value proposition of automated social media solutions to time-pressed business owners Requirements 3-4 years of proven sales experience, with preference for appointment setting or lead qualification roles Demonstrated experience working successfully with US-based companies and understanding of American business culture Excellent English communication skills suitable for professional phone conversations with business decision-makers Self-motivated professional capable of thriving in a remote work environment with direct team integration Comfortable working with SaaS or technology products and explaining technical benefits to non-technical audiences Experience with CRM systems and phone-based sales processes Ability to adapt to different calling systems and scale activity based on available technology Strong work ethic and ability to maintain consistent daily call volumes while focusing on quality interactions Requirements 3-4 years of proven sales experience, with preference for appointment setting or lead qualification roles Demonstrated experience working successfully with US-based companies and understanding of American business culture Excellent English communication skills suitable for professional phone conversations with business decision-makers Self-motivated professional capable of thriving in a remote work environment with direct team integration Comfortable working with SaaS or technology products and explaining technical benefits to non-technical audiences Experience with CRM systems and phone-based sales processes Ability to adapt to different calling systems and scale activity based on available technology Strong work ethic and ability to maintain consistent daily call volumes while focusing on quality interactions
