The Transaction Capture Mgr is an intermediate management level position responsible for leading and supervising a medium sized unit of support employees, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to improve processes, interpret data, prepare reports, and minimize bank risk through ensuring adherence to audit and control policies. **Responsibilities**: - Supervising and ensure tracking for transactions relating to Documentary Services products. - Follow up on approvals required for operations to be completed whether they are credit, documents, fees, etc. - Accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised. - Work as a point of contact for the areas involved in the process: (RSU, Trade Specialist, Operaciones Local, Producto, CSC Documentary Services LATAM and Documentary Services NAM) - Prioritize transactions in accordance with the guidelines, procedures and countries requests. - Monitoring the work cluster in TRIMS, Citidocs, OFS Web, QMA among other, in order to identify delayed transactions. - Provide back-up coverage for Processing Checkers during high volume in order to complete the prioritized transactions. - Provide creative solutions to reduce errors and improve the countries and CSC workflow. - Utilize technical knowledge in order to deliver quality service and achieve operating efficiency - Ensure that detected quality events are included in QEMR metrics. - To have full knowledge of the process flow for each country, so that they can answer any questions from about the process flow and also direct the requests to the corresponding team. - Ensure compliance with the times defined in the ADRs. - Ensure compliance with the scaling matrix of the CSC and the countries. - Participate in activities related to compliance with procedures and control. - Maintain awareness of product, policy and system enhancements changes - Keep the CSC manager informed of the status of critical operations. - Support transactional processing for respective Documentary Services products to determine compliance with international, U.S. Latam and or Mexican regulations and standards. - Responsibility to ensure smooth, error free process flow. - Daily Management of in-process, pended, and service-related activities, ensuring the processing in timely and accurate manner, and dispatching or delivery of very high-quality service to our customers and internal partners - Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading specifically around derivatives and securities transactions - Maintain position records in coordination with the traditional trading desk assistant and / or trade processing functions - Support trade capture management, Front to Back reconciliation, operational risk identification, trade confirmation and settlement forecasts - Contribute to the development of new techniques related to the trade life cycle, and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area - Resolve complex trade flow problems through an in-depth evaluation of procedures and industry standards - Contribute to change-the-bank projects and offers advanced solutions - Escalate control gaps and issues to leadership and implement procedures and solutions to mitigate risk - Analyze trade related information in complicated and unique situations to resolve issues, such as affirmation, confirmation and reconciliation - Assume informal/formal leadership role within the team, and coach and train new recruits, and provide guidance and support to junior staff**Qualifications**: - 5-8 years of experience in a related role - Subject Matter Expert in one or more specific skill sets, business areas or products - Demonstrated project management skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Fluent English is a Must, Portuguese is a plus. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Transaction Capture Services - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
