Responsibilities Connect with cleaning business owners across the United States through personalized cold calls Craft compelling voicemails that clearly communicate the software’s value proposition when prospects aren’t available Engage prospects in brief, informative conversations about how the software can address their specific business challenges Offer exclusive extended free trial codes to interested prospects, creating a no-pressure path to experience the platform Smoothly transfer interested prospects to the demo specialist for in-depth product demonstrations Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, maintaining detailed and accurate records Track call outcomes including disconnected numbers, prospect feedback, and potential opportunities Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and approach based on market feedback Represent the company with professionalism and authenticity, building trust with potential customers Contribute to the company’s growth by expanding their reach in the cleaning industry market Requirements Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional phone presence 3+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or similar outreach roles Genuine ability to understand customer needs and articulate how software solutions can address their challenges Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with international team members Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and CRM systems Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently Patient and resilient approach to outreach, understanding the value of personalized connections Experience or interest in working with small business owners and understanding their unique challenges Ability to maintain a consistent call volume of 50-100 quality interactions daily Preference for candidates who appreciate relationship-building over high-pressure sales tactics
