Marketing and Sales Role We are looking for a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies in the retail channel. This role involves designing and implementing trade marketing plans by channel and region, as well as overseeing the execution of promotional activities, activations, POP materials, and visual merchandising at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile technology distribution channels, commercial performance indicators, and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems. Proficiency in strategic thinking, results-oriented mindset, and strong field execution skills is also essential. This position requires a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the technology, telecommunications, or durable goods sectors. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Implement Trade Marketing Plans: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives and meet sales targets. - Lead Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate the production and distribution of POP materials, manage the budget assigned to trade and visibility activities, and oversee the execution of promotional activities and activations. - Analyze Channel Performance: Monitor and analyze channel performance (sell-in/sell-out) and recommend improvements to optimize sales growth. - Develop Strategies for Product Sell-Through: Identify opportunities to increase product sell-through and market share through data-driven insights and strategic planning. Requirements: - Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 4-5 Years of Experience in Trade Marketing: Proven track record in Trade Marketing, preferably in the technology, telecommunications, or durable goods sectors. - Strong Knowledge of Mobile Technology Distribution Channels: Expertise in commercial performance indicators, tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems, and a deep understanding of mobile technology distribution channels. - Strategic Thinking and Results-Oriented Mindset: Ability to think strategically, drive results, and prioritize tasks effectively.
