Onboarding Expert "> Job Summary: As an Onboarding Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This involves delivering exceptional support through various communication channels and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities include: - Providing top-notch support to internal team members and our workforce via phone and email. - Handling high volumes of calls with ease and maintaining composure under pressure. - Assisting new employees throughout the onboarding paperwork process. - Completing and reviewing I-9 forms meticulously, and submitting E-Verify cases to ensure compliance with federal regulations. - Utilizing Bullhorn ATS to monitor applicant progress, key onboarding milestones, and document completion. - Responding to general questions regarding new hire documentation, payroll, tax credit initiatives, and timecards. - Maintaining proactive communication with new hires prior to their start date, confirming essential details like work schedules, reporting instructions, and contract terms. - Adhering to company policies and procedures to guarantee consistency and compliance. - Demonstrating exceptional professionalism and service in interactions with the workforce. - Collaborating effectively with colleagues and showcasing adaptability in a dynamic work environment. - Working independently and taking initiative to manage onboarding-related responsibilities. - Supporting other departments by tracking and reporting KPIs and metrics. - Performing additional administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: - Previous experience in customer service or onboarding is highly valued. - A good understanding of employment documentation, such as I-9 forms and E-Verify processes, is essential. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. - The ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics is crucial. - Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
