Patient Coordinator - Medellín, Colombia Full Time - On-site RedValley, a rapidly expanding company in Medellín, is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Patient Coordinator to join a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional care and results. This role involves supporting patients through every step of their journey, ensuring they receive outstanding service and guidance tailored to their needs. As a Patient Coordinator, you will manage daily communication with patients, addressing their inquiries and coordinating their appointments. With empathy and professionalism, you will ensure a seamless experience, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout their interactions with the team. What You'll Do - Coordinating and scheduling new patient appointments according to doctors' schedules - Importing and managing records for new and existing patients - Obtaining necessary medical record information from referring providers to complete the new patient process. - Follow up with patients for their existing and upcoming appointments - Assigning documents such as orders, operation notes, consents, outside records, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems within the electronic medical record - Documenting work processes as required. - Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader/managers. What You'll Bring To The Team - Strong spoken and written English C1+ - 1+ Years of Experience in customer service in the healthcare industry - Experience as a new patient coordinator is preferred. - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively - Highly detail-oriented.
