Requirements - A minimum of five years of experience in growth-focused roles, preferably in B2B or self-serve acquisition environments. - A proven track record of running successful testing programs yielding measurable improvements in engagement and conversion rates. - Hands-on experience with experimentation tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or FullStory. - A deep understanding of how user experience, messaging, and site performance impact digital buyer journeys, particularly in B2B contexts. - An analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and develop compelling, data-backed recommendations. - Experience leading workshops, aligning cross-functional teams, and influencing strategy at multiple levels. - Familiarity with optimizing acquisition flows for small and mid-sized business advertisers is a significant asset.
