About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for optimizing our recruiting engine and improving hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive improvements in speed to hire, interviews per recruiter, and hire volume - Streamline and document recruiting processes, playbooks, and workflows - Own and optimize recruiting tools including applicant tracking systems, scheduling, and collaboration platforms - Track key performance metrics and identify bottlenecks across the recruiting funnel - Partner with recruiters to improve offer rates, submission rates, and candidate quality - Standardize how jobs are launched and managed from intake to hire - Occasionally run full-cycle recruiting projects for key roles - Support continuous improvement across recruiter enablement, logistics, and reporting Requirements: - 3+ years in recruiting operations, talent operations, or a hybrid recruiting/ops role - Strong command of recruiting funnels, hiring metrics, and pipeline dynamics - Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and workflow automation - High attention to detail with a systems mindset - Proven ability to work fast, solve process gaps, and scale playbooks - Advanced English language skills - Ability to work U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with both tech and business hiring - Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and productivity platforms Benefits: - Competitive salary + commission incentives - Full-time contractor role - Remote work opportunity from anywhere in Latin America - Flexible schedule aligned with U.S. time zones
