Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive business growth in the SaaS B2B sector. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals with new clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and negotiating contracts to maximize profits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRMs. Key Responsibilities: - Build Pipeline: Spend 4-6 hours per day on the phone engaging with prospective clients and developing qualified leads. - Run Daily Discovery Calls: Conduct 5-7 daily calls with prospective clients to discuss their nearshore recruiting needs. - Conduct Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our services can meet their requirements. - Negotiate Contracts: Close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction. - Maintain Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. - Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Identify New Leads: Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
