We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with federal government experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable learning and navigating government processes. This role will primarily involve documentation management and assisting our project management team with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage documentation for government projectsSupport Project Managers (PMs) and pre-construction managers with administrative tasksCoordinate between teams to ensure smooth project flowManage emails, schedules, and other correspondencePrepare and edit PDFs using Adobe AcrobatNavigate and use project management tools and Dropbox for file storageAssist in ensuring compliance with federal government processes and regulationsKey Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in federal or government-related environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong email management skills (Gmail experience preferred)Experience with Adobe Acrobat for PDF editingAbility to navigate various websites for documentation and project-related resourcesFamiliarity with Dropbox and project management systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in English (conversational level)Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications: Experience in federal construction projects or federal government processesFamiliarity with federal construction regulationsCompensation & Benefits: Competitive USD salaryFull-time, all-inclusive positionOpportunities for growth within the companyIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in federal government processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to work with a leading federal construction contractor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
