Overview: We are searching for a Project Manager to grow in the role supporting existing programs across various technologies, processes, and departments. The projects will be multi-disciplined (Software, Security, BI, etc) and will deliver a diverse output of requirements. Essential elements to this role are a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business. Project Manager is expected to be an agent of change promoting collaboration in the work environment and agile methodologies. Their key focus is to drive projects forward and work collaboratively to keep teams on track and remove obstacles. Project Manager needs to possess great communication skills and be flexible to work in a constantly changing environment. **Responsibilities**: - Lead projects from inception to close, with superb planning and communication skills to establish timelines, prioritize work, and manage expectations. - Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence up to C-level. - Ensure effective and clear communication of projects and developments in progress. - Create and centralize documentation required to direct the delivery of the projects (process mapping, requirements, proposal documents, etc). Ensure appropriate approval and project phase management. - Analyze key processes in search of strategies that generate the improvement of processes. - Facilitate productive discussions to establish requirements and consider design alternatives with multi-functional teams. - Write, approve, and prioritize user stories and clearly document requirements with a solid business understanding and strong attention to detail. - Guide delivery team to execute on defined requirements, remove blocking issues from day-to-day operations of the team, and identify and communicate risks. - Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders (peer and executives) on project strategy, deliverables, and outputs. - Ensure detailed handover of responsibilities to deliver teams for implementation and transfer of projects to BAU. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a project management role or strategic IT role. - Must have a strong IT background (data/BI experience preferred). - Experience of managing projects, implementations and process change to a large employee base. - Ability to lead and inspire others (non-direct reports). - Problem-solving skills and abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverable. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to breakdown complex topics for non-SMEs. - Excellent disposition for teamwork. - Analysis capacity, Learning Capacity and Service Attitude. - Assertive, verbal, and written communication skills. - Proficiency with tools such as Azure DWH, MS Project, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Power Platform.
