To learn more about our latest updates, visit: Role Purpose The AI Senior Engineer leads the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions to solve complex business and technical challenges. This role blends deep technical expertise in machine learning, LLMs, and systems design with strong leadership and collaboration skills. The Senior Engineer mentors junior team members, contributes to the AI strategy, and ensures the delivery of scalable, production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Development - Lead full model development cycles: training, evaluation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and GenAI deployment. - Build ingestion, preprocessing, and orchestration pipelines for text, image, and audio datasets using Python and OpenAI Pipelines. - Drive end-to-end AI/ML workflows: research, prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. - Design scalable AI architectures integrated with microservices, containers, and cloud-native services. Agent Design - Define agent architecture (states, memory, tools) using Lang Graph or Lang Chain. - Select, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs, embeddings, and vector stores. - Develop data ingestion, preprocessing, and enrichment flows. - Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and dynamic model routing. Tool & API Integration - Manage authentication, quotas, and API versioning. - Guide engineers on AI/agent best practices. - Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation. - Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and engineers to define project goals, architecture, and KPIs. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven experience deploying AI systems at scale. - Expertise in ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch); deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis. - Solid experience with unstructured data solutions, GenAI, and pipeline orchestration. - Strong skills in ETL/ELT, Pandas or Spark-based feature engineering, and orchestration tools (OpenAI Pipelines). - Experience with spa Cy, FFmpeg for text, image, and audio processing. - Proficiency in Python, with solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), CI/CD, and testing Why Join Us?
