This role is critical in enabling performance, paid media, and editorial excellence, empowering teams to deliver scalable, optimized consumer content that drives business performance. In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to translate the CMS product vision into actionable tickets and prioritize upcoming work. You'll also build trusted relationships with stakeholders to surface problems, gather feedback, and support roadmap development. Your responsibilities will include writing clear requirements that help the team build features improving publishing workflows, tools, and operational efficiency. You'll manage the intake process for platform requests, organize backlog grooming, and maintain visibility and follow-through. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable using BI tools to explore data, support decisions, and answer stakeholder questions. You should also be an excellent communicator, able to share updates clearly and ensure all voices are heard in cross-functional conversations.
