Full-time (40 hours a week) Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM New York Time includes 30-minute paid break (8 hours a day/40 hours a week EST Job Description As an Outsourced BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s expansion efforts, playing a crucial role in their sales process. You’ll conduct vital research and phone qualifications, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients in the manufacturing sector. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of factories worldwide, contributing to the growth of an innovative tech company that’s changing the face of industrial operations. Responsibilities - Conduct phone calls with potential clients, following a provided script to gather key information - Perform in-depth research on leads, uncovering valuable insights about target companies - Qualify leads through over-the-phone conversations, assessing their potential fit and interest - Accurately record and organize information from calls and research in the company’s CRM system - Transfer collected data and insights to the in-house sales team, facilitating smooth handoffs - Maintain high standards of English communication in all interactions - Adapt to evolving research and qualification processes as the company scales Requirements Requirements - Excellent English language skills with a neutral accent - Sales or Appointment setting experience required - Strong communication and active listening abilities - Proficiency in following scripts and protocols while maintaining a natural conversation flow - Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and information management - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant software - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment - Interest in technology and its applications in industrial settings Requirements Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Experience handling confidential information and familiarity with HIPAA compliance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships Strong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities Professional email communication and scheduling coordination experience Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup Experience working with US-based companies preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team Comfort with secure virtual desktop environments and VPN systems
