Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist "> About the Role: - Analyzing business environments to identify areas for improvement. - Engaging with stakeholders to understand pain points and operational processes. - Developing quality control mechanisms to prevent revenue risks and compliance gaps. - Becoming a process expert in centralized teams to establish quality checks across business operations lifecycles. - Creating documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps. - Supporting workstream leads in successful implementation with disciplined program and change management efforts. - Monitoring process KPIs and driving continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements or process changes. All about you: - Experience in sales operations, business operations, or revenue assurance preferably for B2B services organizations. - Experience in business consulting or handling unstructured situations with first principles thinking for problem solving. - 3-5 years of experience with a background in finance or management degree prior experience in internal controls/internal audit is preferred but not mandatory. - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. - Experience with domains like B2B sales processes or sales productivity tools e.g. Salesforce CRM is preferred but not essential. Suitable candidates should have: - a strong understanding of business operations and processes; - excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - effective communication and interpersonal skills.
