As a Payment Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our restaurant vertical partners, ensuring they have a smooth and timely experience with their payments. Main Responsibilities: - Attend to and manage inquiries or complaints related to payments from our partner merchants. - Analyze, identify, and resolve inconsistencies or issues in the payment flow. - Follow up on open cases, ensuring complete resolution within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Escalate cases that require intervention from other areas (Finance, Legal, or Technology). - Use tools like Excel and internal databases for data analysis and report generation. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. - Preferably experience in customer service, operational support, or administrative areas. - Intermediate proficiency in tools like Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
