As the Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by implementing solutions and iterations to continually improve and enhance our global revenue operations platforms. You will provide cross-functional architectural vision, design integrations, and development work. Additionally, you will work on customizing Salesforce and other revenue platforms, documentation of our Salesforce instance, develop UI components, and integrate various systems with Salesforce. Your responsibilities will also include test planning and staying up-to-date with Salesforce product capabilities. **What you'll do at Deel** - Assist technology implementations and iterations, providing hands-on building and assisting with architecture, design, development, and integration best practices. This may include creating custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and Visualforce pages. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, growth, customer success, support, product, IT, and finance to deliver integration solutions and provide cross-functional architectural and integrated vision. - Assist with defining system and technical architecture governance in collaboration with business stakeholders, identifying initiatives and promoting better technology solutions throughout the organization. - Define and execute technical solutions to business problems across various platforms, including SFDC, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight, Outreach, Cognism, and other proprietary systems. - Gather business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders and design, configure, test, and deploy. - Document configuration, custom code, and development processes to maintain a record of changes and support knowledge sharing. - Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data. - Stay informed about Salesforce product capabilities resulting from installation upgrades, product releases, and acquisitions. - Collaborate closely with enablement teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery of releases.
