This role is essential for ensuring smooth campaign execution, driving data-informed decision-making, and aligning all marketing efforts with business objectives to maximize efficiency and ROI. Leverage Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems for more efficient operations. Technology Management Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Clio), workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier), and other marketing tech stacks. Ensure smooth and secure data flow across systems through effective use of integration tools. Data Analysis & Reporting Track key marketing performance metrics, analyze data trends, and create actionable reports that support strategic decision-making. Campaign Execution Coordinate the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across departments. Budget Oversight Support the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Team Leadership Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Ad Hoc Tasks Take on special projects and administrative tasks as needed to support marketing and business goals. The Profile Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or marketing analytics Proven experience in managing marketing systems such as HubSpot, Clio, and Zapier Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a focus on marketing KPIs and ROI. Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for process improvement. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time Pay: $1000 + $55 Allowance per month The Employer Our client is proud to represent an American-based law firm focused exclusively on representing private lenders.
