Job Description ">Manage Teams through Other Managers As a strategic professional, you will anticipate and design changes to business systems, processes, and tools within your area of expertise. You will manage multiple teams through other managers and be responsible for executing functional strategy in the area managed. Determines approach to implementing functional strategy and accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation, and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). The impact reflects the size of the team managed, strategic influence on the business, and interaction with other functions or businesses. ">Responsibilities: - Strategic planning and execution - Team management and leadership - Functional strategy development and implementation - Budgeting, planning, and policy formulation - Contribution to future strategy of the area(s) ">Qualifications: - Extensive managerial experience required - Exceptional track record in people leadership and senior stakeholder management - Strong academic qualifications desirable - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently - Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken) ">Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience - Possibly Masters degree and managerial experience ">Skills and Qualifications Summary: A highly skilled and experienced leader is required to manage multiple teams through other managers.
