Responsibilities Drive business growth through strategic outbound calling to an established database of 50,000+ potential clients Identify and engage with key decision-makers in talent acquisition and HR roles Schedule qualified appointments based on immediate hiring needs and business opportunities Maintain detailed records and update prospect information in our modern Odoo CRM system Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through professional communication Track and report on daily calling activities and appointment success rates Contribute to the refinement of our prospect database and targeting strategies Requirements Previous experience in recruitment industry telemarketing or similar B2B appointment setting role Excellent English communication skills with a neutral, professional accent Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and HR professionals Proven track record in meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
