AVP Sales / Country Manager Colombia The Area VicePresident Sales - Country Manager Colombia will be responsible forsetting and executing Salesforce’s strategy, building out andleading the sales enterprise organization in Colombia. This personwill serve as a key executive leader in the sales organization. TheAVP Sales / Country Manager will be accountable for creating anorganization recognized for its strong Salesforce culture,commitment to Salesforce values, and an ability to drive growthacross the Salesforce clouds in Enterprise and Mid Market segment. Additionally, the VP Sales / Country Manager will serve as a strongBusiness Leader, a Customer Partner, and a Talent Multiplier andwill have the personal drive and commitment to both understand andsuccessfully navigate a fast-growing, global company strivingtowards continued growth in an evolving marketplace. Responsibilities: - Responsible for building and leading the salesorganization in Colombia. - Implementing a scalable operatingmodel, driving go-to-market execution and pipeline generationinitiatives, supported by strong cross-functional collaboration& execution. - Lead weekly forecast calls, report regularly onprogress and activities. - Attracting, developing and retaining toptalent in the sales organization. - Set and execute an aggressivecustomer acquisition strategy to generate aggressive annual growthin revenue and bookings. - Maintain key customer relationships anddevelop and implement strategies for expanding the company’scustomer base. - Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. -Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for salesfunnel management, strong execution and accountability to driveconsistent growth across multiple segments, geographies andindustries. - Plan and manage at both the strategic and operationallevels. - Represent Salesforce as Country Leader in the localmarket supporting the PR strategy. - Be active as spokesperson atkey external events in the country (i.e. World Tour, Basecamps,etc). - Develop CXO Community, enable C-Level Relationships. - Beinvolved in the Country Leader Community to share best practices. Requirements - Proven years in software and/or applications sales(ideally in a CRM, ERP and/or B2B SW company), selling primarily tothe CxO level. - C-suite level resources, aligned with RegionalVice Presidents, Account Executives and internal leadership teamsto present a single front internally and help represent a singlevision for our customers. - Proven success working within a highlymatrixed organization and establishing strong relationships acrossall functions with strong operational and analytical abilities. -2nd or 3rd line leadership experience leading teams in strategicsales in Colombia. - Strong track record of recruiting, developingand retaining a high performing enterprise sales organization inColombia. - Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenueachievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings. -Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceablecustomers. - Experience selling cloud-based enterprise applicationsis strongly preferred. - Consistent overachievement of quota andrevenue goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales
