Job Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join our client’s dynamic financial team. In this role, you’ll manage key financial processes and reconciliations while working alongside experienced US-based team members. Using modern accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, you’ll help maintain financial accuracy and support month-end closing processes. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomous work and collaborative teamwork, with the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a growing business. You’ll have the support of experienced team members while taking ownership of crucial bookkeeping responsibilities. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive COGS reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory valuation Perform detailed supplier reconciliations ensuring accurate accounts payable records Process and categorize daily banking and credit card transactions manage multi state salestax accounts.
