Contact Center Trainer Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Trainer to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver training sessions for new hires, both on premise and virtually. - Establish and implement knowledge checks to ensure preparedness for handling customer interactions. - Provide ongoing training on updated information, products, and processes. - Create an engaging virtual learning environment that fosters teamwork and communication skills. - Develop the skills of team members in areas of customer service and communication. - Ensure that all team members receive necessary motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives. - Assemble and distribute course materials and teaching aids as needed. - Track completion of training and testing results by employee. - Provide feedback to management regarding individual attendance and progress during training. - Collaborate with training management to identify new training needs and recommend additional learning material. - Assist with ongoing training requirements. Key Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in adult learning training, preferably in a call center setting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A sound understanding of adult learning techniques, best practices in training design and delivery, blended learning methodologies, and industry standards. - The ability to work effectively in a challenging environment with frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and deadlines. - The ability to train on repetitive material while maintaining focus and enthusiasm. - Familiarity with interactive learning techniques. - Experience with Learning Management Software (LMS) is preferred. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. - The ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
