Key Responsibilities: -Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customersthrough onboarding, design, adoption, and ongoing use of Neostellasolutions. - Business Analysis: Leverage your analytical skills togather customer requirements, identify trends, design and buildprocess flows, and recommend process improvements. - ProjectManagement: Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensurethe seamless execution of implementation projects. - RelationshipBuilding: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clientsachieve their business goals and remain satisfied. - ProblemSolving: Collaborate with customers to understand challenges,develop strategies, and deliver impactful solutions. - ProductExpertise: Develop deep knowledge of Neostella's offerings toprovide guidance, best practices, and solutions tailored tocustomers' needs. - Success Planning: Collaborate with customers todefine success metrics and track progress toward achieving theirgoals. - Training and Enablement: Deliver training sessions andresources to help customers maximize their use of our products. -Provide Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer bysharing insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance Neostella products and services. Requirements: - Knowledge orexperience in the legal industry. - Experience working withcustomers in North America. - Experience in SaaS or technologysolutions. - C1 level of English.
