Repurpose content from lectures, webinars, and interviews into various formats such as blog posts, LinkedIn articles, whitepapers, and short-form videos. Identify and coordinate speaking engagements, podcast features, and guest content opportunities. Craft compelling narratives around the company’s mission and its impact on modern STEM education. Awareness & Demand Generation Design and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns to reach educators, STEM professionals, and school administrators. Launch and grow the company’s email list and social media following through outreach and engagement efforts. Produce and manage educational content series, such as newsletters, weekly reels, or insights-based video clips. Support promotional efforts for strategic partnerships and school pilot programs. AI-Driven Content Creation & Marketing Operations Leverage AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to streamline content development across emails, social media, and digital campaigns. Automate marketing workflows and campaign scheduling using platforms like Zapier, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Track and analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvements using AI-driven tools. Community Engagement & Support Monitor and engage with online educator communities on platforms such as Twitter/X, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and LinkedIn. Respond to social media interactions and nurture engagement with early adopters and potential customers. Adapt content messaging for different audience segments, including K–12 and higher education. Founder Support & Marketing Administration Assist with the execution of follow-ups, marketing deliverables, and webinar logistics on behalf of the founder. Keep marketing files and materials organized using tools such as Google Drive, Notion, or similar platforms. Ad hoc tasks The Profile Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or a similar role. Proven experience creating and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design, and storytelling). Proficiency in tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Buffer, Mailchimp, and Trello (or willingness to learn). Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in EdTech or familiarity with marketing to K–12 or higher education audiences. Passion for science, education, or learning innovation. Interest and experience in AI-powered marketing tools. Demonstrated ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
