Objective When end-users purchase new 3Shape hardware or software from a reseller, the Implementation Specialist uses their technical knowledge to confirm installation, monitor and customize learning experiences. The Implementation Specialists are those who ensure that a client does not just buy a 3Shape product, but has a positive experience with it, too. To accomplish this, they build relationships with end-users, collect data, customize the experience, define objectives and provide training resources. All while developing a path to ensure excellent customer experiences and high promoter scores. Education and Experience Use of CAD/CAM as related to medical device products (Intra Oral scanners) At least 3+ years working in a dental practice or industry Able to speak, read and write fluent English. Competencies Clinical Acumen—the individual must be able to understand the fundamentals of clinical dentistry Customer and Service Orientation—must be able to understand and translate customer needs into outstanding service and training. Strong Communicator—must be able to provide clear, concise, professional feedback both written and verbal to a variety of audiences. Relationship Oriented—able to establish effective, strong partnerships with all levels and all roles, both inside and outside the company Technologically Savvy—able to work with, understand and embrace changes in technology Ethical Conduct—takes accountability for decisions, makes decisions that clearly adhere to an ethical standard Troubleshooting Ability to Multitask Interpersonal Skills Essential Functions Builds trusted customer relationships and provides first-class post-sales experience Identifies and initiates strategies to support increasing utilization Provide professional, constructive, supportive feedback to customers by reinforcing standards and protocols. Define and explain potential causes of poor performance and recommend solutions Provide prompt follow up and attention to customer inquiries Suggest 3Shape products or services to meet the customers need Tracking, Reporting and Compliance Assist in the conducting of routine audits to ensure protocols are followed Participate in customer/client meetings, as requested. Tracks and reports follow-up utilization of HW/SW Enter any substantive client information into CRM or project management software. Report any change in customer sentiment, content suggestions, or feedback to the proper team member and document Document recommended products or services in CRM Help identify and track relevant metrics related to quality control, customer satisfaction, and overall experience.
