**Safety OLAC Field Marketing Manager** **-** **(**30007461**)** **Description** GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION This position is responsible for the marketing execution in OLAC Region: - Marketing execution strategy & planning development for OLAC (Mainly Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras). - Category, product, channel and end user execution initiatives to win with distributors and end users considering marketing programs and campaign activations, creative development and budget management. - Lead KBU OLAC Safety Field Marketing team. - Liaises with sales leaders and sales team to align region execution to target strategic channels and accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Distributor engagement & category execution - Works with Safety Brand Manager and Safety Sales Manager to build value proposition for distributors and responsible for deploying this directly and through sales to strategic distributors. - Built and lead distributors executional plan based on incentives, training & tools (online/offline), DSRs engagement & marketing tools to support multiplier effect growth for the safety category. - Ensures management and maintenance of KleenGuard portfolio presence in Distributors Catalogues for strategic channels working with sales support. - Execute Category and product initiatives, such as New Product Launches with required tools and samples in place, product migration and renovations, product content and product communication. - Partner with brand manager and technical support leader to execute distributors training plan. - Work with OLAC sales team to allow execution and adoption. End User Activation - Responsible for acquisition, penetration and retention executional plans for end user, including identification and sizing of target accounts. - Manage and execute in-market marketing plan and activities that support pipeline acceleration and new customer acquisition (e.g. trade shows, webinars, PR). - Execute category/product initiatives, such as new product launches, migration and renovations. - Define, in partnership with the Safety brand Manager, category commercial programs and campaign’s objective, execution strategy and plan through offline and online channels to ensure ROI. - Responsible of Loyalty Plan development and execution. Market Insights - Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey. - Capture portfolio issues or opportunities from the market and feed it to safety brand manager. - Feedback loop to Safety Brand Manager: capture channel and customer acceptance. - Support data capture from customers (price, product demands, trends, competitors) in order to generate compelling insights for the category. - Utilize customer & distributors insights for local marketing execution plan. - Connect with sales force to capture data as well as influence to work accordantly to customer insights. Performance Tracking - Set and measure KPIs for all in market execution activities. - Measure acquisition, penetration, loyalty and distributor multiplier effects to check and adjust plans. - Marketing Budget setting and management. - Work closely with EMAP field marketing manager to share learnings and plans, maximizing synergies. - Work closely with TSA KC Team to ensure flawless execution. Health and Safety - Maintain a safe work environment by reporting accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions to the Site Leader and HR. KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS **Education**: - Professional Bachelor’s degree (Business administration, Marketing, Engineer) Required: - 8+ years of B2B marketing. - Fluent Spanish and English speaker. - Open to travel to execute in different countries. Job Experience: - Experience in a B2B Trade marketing role or similar environment. - Experience in a Regional role, working with different countries and cultures. - Experience leading multicultural teams. - Ability to effectively communicate views and facilitate communication with multiple stakeholders - Project Management skills, including ability to create and lead stakeholders through a project, and manage complexity and interdependencies to deliver on time, with the desired result. - Understanding of financial and market data, and ability to interpret and gain insights from data and dashboarding analysis, as well as use data storytelling to influence decision making. - Experience marketing of complex and/or regulated categories (PPE or other).
