Job Overview The primary aim of this role is to engage potential clients through various channels, discern their requirements, and schedule an exploratory discussion to expand upon the value proposition, with the goal of ultimately securing a new business opportunity in the US in different industries. Main Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in target markets. - Assist in the development of sales strategies to reach prospective clients. - Qualify inbound leads and pass them to the sales team for further engagement. - Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate lead information. - Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and drive growth, and other activities the company may require. - Follow up regularly with prospects at every stage of the sales pipeline. - Set and achieve monthly/quarterly outreach and qualified meeting targets. - Participate in industry events and webinars to generate new leads. - Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities. - Document prospect objections and feedback to improve sales processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - At least one year of experience in sales. - English Level B2+. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong research and organizational skills. - Familiarity with Hubspot and LinkedIn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented. - Experience with sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.). - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
