About a Role We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will drive our go-to-market strategy and business development activities. The Position This is a challenging opportunity for a client-facing individual who can build strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will report to the SVP of Sales and be accountable for achieving revenue targets from new target accounts. - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our services, focusing on both current and prospective clients. - Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of strategic accounts. Requirements: - Proven track record in sales with 3+ years of experience. - 2+ years of sales experience in software consulting or IT staffing industry. - Proficiency with CRM practices, preferably with Hubspot. - Bachelor's degree. - Excellent networking skills and ability to build productive relationships with decision-makers. - Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
