Job Title We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end software initiatives with a sharp focus on Data Warehouse and API Management projects. - Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, timelines, and budget. - Maintain project charters, Gantt/Agile roadmaps, and KPIs. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, BI, DevOps, QA, UX). Project Leadership: - Direct DW projects end-to-end: dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data-quality strategies. - Promote DataOps and automated data testing. Data Warehouse Leadership: - Run API projects across the full lifecycle. - Select, configure, and optimize API Gateways/Managers. Product Management: - Prioritize the backlog with internal stakeholders and customers. - Drive discovery, ideation, and feature validation. - Track product performance (ROI, adoption, NPS). Customer-Facing: - Lead workshops, demos, and C-level presentations. - Gather requirements, manage expectations, and negotiate scope changes. Methodologies & Continuous Improvement: - Implement Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid frameworks as appropriate. - Drive retrospectives and a metrics-driven culture of experimentation. Stakeholder Management: - Communicate progress to C-level and business/finance areas. - Coordinate synergies between internal teams and technology partners. Experience: - 8+ years managing end-to-end software projects. - 3+ years leading Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence projects. - Proven customer-facing track record: client meetings, executive presentations, and scope negotiation. - 3+ years leading API Management and microservices initiatives. Skills: - Mastery of Agile and Waterfall; PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications desirable. - English C1 (negotiation, presentations, documentation). - Proficiency with planning tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). - Travel documentation: Valid U.S. visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) for potential on-site kick-offs, demos, or conferences. - Soft skills: Servant leadership, assertive communication, strategic thinking, results orientation, and mentoring of multidisciplinary teams.
