Job Title: Sales Leadership Opportunity in Digital Health Solutions Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sales Leader to drive the expansion of our digital health services and solutions across healthcare institutions in LATAM. This high-impact role requires a results-driven individual who can lead consultative sales efforts, engage with C-level executives and clinical stakeholders, and deliver measurable value to clients through cutting-edge digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead consultative sales efforts by identifying client needs and aligning tailored digital health value propositions. - Engage with senior stakeholders to co-create digital transformation roadmaps. - Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and lead commercial negotiations with a focus on business outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. - Facilitate innovation workshops to showcase emerging technologies and inspire client adoption. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or solution consulting, preferably in healthtech startups, medtech, enterprise tech or consulting companies focused on healthcare (SaaS, digital health, EMR). - Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders in healthcare systems. - Fluent in Spanish with advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level). - Expertise in value-based selling and translating clinical/operational challenges into digital solutions. - Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable in data-driven sales environments. - Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, capable of working independently in a matrixed organization.
