We are seeking a Senior Adoption Professional to drive the growth and adoption of our fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from our product from day one and scaling adoption at an accelerated pace. This involves working closely with customers to support their onboarding process through product training, consulting on best practices, and managing customer relationships during the adoption stage. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional service to our clients - Gather complex requirements and work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver consultative solutions that optimize client usage - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Solutions Consultants, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Customer Success to collect, share, and act on feedback to drive collaboration and adoption - Analyze data, identify business performance improvement opportunities, and communicate findings effectively - Build strong working relationships with customers - Develop and deliver value-driven customer presentations - Identify key revenue levers and cost drivers to core business processes, seek solutions to reduce onboarding timeline, increase revenue, and improve profitability Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management roles, preferably in the SaaS space - Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Data Visualization tools - Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across different teams and use questioning techniques to understand customer needs - Experience with reporting and analyzing data and delivering action plans against these results About Us: We are a global payables automation platform providing a cloud solution to scale and automate global payables operations.
