Job Overview As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in client relationship management, project coordination, and digital marketing execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and campaign execution. - Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and consistently delivering value. - Proactively address client concerns, solve challenges, and ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, helping clients scale their influencer marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations. 2. Coordinate with Influencer Marketing Managers to source and match creators to campaigns, aligning with client objectives. 3. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, fostering smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. 4. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding. Requirements and Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role. - Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), and paid social media advertising. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills, possessing a proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven approach. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
