Consider this your introduction to the sales organization, spend some time learning, and be on your way to an exciting career at Salesforce **What You’ll Do** As Solution Engineer also known as a “Pre-Sales Consultant” or “Sales Consultant,” the Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. - We are looking for individuals who are completely motivated by the new world of AI and Data, who can work autonomously, innovate, challenge, collaborate, communicate, learn and problem solve. - We are looking for people who define themselves as curious, with a passion for innovation and constant self-improvement, who claim to be creative and able to explore, and to iterate and deal with change and ambiguity. - We are looking for team players, always willing to help but also able to multi-task, prioritise and manage their time effectively - You should be passionate about Equality and giving back to the community as your customers will be Non Profits. - Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves our customer’s challenges - Build and present customized demos of Salesforce products - Convey deep knowledge of the customer’s technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions - Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position - Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management - Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region **Qualifications** - Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, or work experience, etc.) - Experience at Solution Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer/Customer Success or similar role - Solid presentation and communication skills - Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments - Experience in AI, automation, Generative AI Strategy and LLM-based Autonomous Agents - Established and experienced pre-sales professional, ideally previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for a CRM/AI company or similar technology - Ability
