Enhance Customer Experience and AI Innovation We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Experience and AI Acceleration team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you'll drive the development of cutting-edge digital solutions that transform customer interactions. Job Description - The successful candidate will oversee the creation of two main programs within our Lifecycle Services: - Digital Customer Experience: Enhance our external web interfaces to deliver customer insights, entitlements, support, pricing, and self-service options. - AI2 Team Leadership: Lead the AI Acceleration & Innovation team, tasked with accelerating AI use cases to generate value. Your Responsibilities - Manage a team including product owners, tech leads, and data scientists, along with contracts and shared services. - Ensure timely and quality delivery of technology solutions. - Collaborate across teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to develop new digital experiences aligned with financial and digital goals. - Foster an environment of creativity and collaboration. - Engage and manage relationships with external AI technology vendors and partners. The Essentials - You Will Have - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. - Ability to travel up to 10%. The Preferred - You Might Also Have - 5+ years experience in a similar role within a tech-driven organization. - Strong data analysis skills to guide decision-making. - Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Innovative mindset with experience in emerging AI technologies. - Project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Experience with various AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and certifications like PMP or Six Sigma.
