Impact in Numbers (Fast Facts) : - Operating in over 10 global markets. - Over 6 years of direct-trade operations. - Hundreds of B2B clients served. - New eCommerce platform launched for specialty green and roasted coffee Purpose of the Position The Sales Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of a new e-commerce B2B sales channel. Working alongside the co-founder, the role involves managing client acquisition, communications, and lead tracking—essential for boosting revenue and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management - Research and qualify new B2B leads. - Execute outbound strategy while responding to inbound inquiries. - Maintain CRM (HubSpot) up to date 2. Client Communication & Sales Support - Draft custom proposals and follow-ups - Actively manage prospects in both English and Spanish - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention 3. Reporting & Optimization - Assist in revenue tracking and KPI reporting - Support updates to eCommerce listings and price models - Contribute to improving sales conversion rates 4. Coordination & Special Projects - Handle time-sensitive requests (labels, customization, etc.) - Support the co-founder with revenue-driven project Requirements and competences to work with us Education - Bachelor Degree.
