Lead and Direct Educational Initiatives We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our training efforts at the corporate level. - This role is focused on impact as you train, support, and mentor franchise owners across the country to deliver exceptional service to students and families. You do not need a background in college planning. We will teach you that. What we are looking for is someone with grit, initiative, and a proven track record of building educational programs, leading training, and driving performance. Responsibilities Design, lead, and continuously improve training programs for franchise owners, both in-person and virtually: - Serve as a key resource and mentor to franchisees, providing practical guidance on service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency - Collaborate with owners to ensure consistent and effective implementation of our core services - Identify training gaps and create solutions that support ongoing learning and development - Lead workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to elevate knowledge, confidence, and execution - Track performance trends and use data to improve outcomes for franchise locations and the students they serve - Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the franchise network - Partner with our team to continuously evolve our curriculum and operational playbooks A Natural Coach and Mentor - 5+ years of experience in education, professional development, training, or a related field - Strong facilitation and presentation skills - A natural coach and mentor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects - Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a results-oriented environment - Strong problem-solver with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities - Comfortable with data, performance tracking, and using insights to drive improvement About Us We empower students, serve families, and inspire greatness in the next generation.
