We're seeking a seasoned program manager to drive strategic initiatives across LAC markets. This role partners directly with senior leadership to co-create future-ready solutions that deliver value for our clients. As the primary point of contact, you'll advance chip and hologram technology, ensuring best-in-class customer service, operational compliance, and scalable go-to-market execution. About This Role - You'll partner with senior leaders to design and implement advanced hologram and chip services tailored for clients across LAC markets. - Internal and external stakeholders will rely on you for timely responses and trusted relationships across the ecosystem. - You'll build and scale business models that elevate hologram and chip programs from functional operations to strategic enablers of growth. - Strategic vendor relationships and client agreements will be managed in coordination with the market development team. About You: 1. A minimum 2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or a tech-forward industry. 2. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in Portuguese (a plus). 3. Proven experience in customer service, stakeholder management, and process optimization is essential. 4. High-level interpersonal skills; self-starter with strong motivation, accountability, and results-oriented mindset. 5. Cross-functional communication, including working with senior leadership and external partners, is crucial. 6. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to support strategic decision-making. 7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. 8. Maintains discretion and professionalism, especially when working with confidential or sensitive information. 9. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. 10. Passion for client service and innovation, with the ability to bridge technology and business needs effectively.
