Job Summary Collections Team Lead Americas oversees a diverse team of professionals to achieve collective goals, ensuring timely cash collections and meeting KPI and SLA targets. Responsibilities include collaborating with collectors on their portfolios, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, people, and systems, and facilitating investigations and negotiations with customers or sales teams to address and resolve escalated issues. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional in collections to lead a dynamic team, drive results-oriented strategies, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and principles, technical expertise in Microsoft Office applications, and language skills in English.
