Job Description This is a remote position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break About the Role: We are looking for two highly driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialists to support our commercial workplace design and project management team. Your primary focus will be cold calling prospects, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying leads for our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities: - Make 200 outbound calls daily to targeted business contacts. - Engage and qualify at least 15 meaningful contacts per day. - Generate and hand over 1–2 qualified leads per day to the Business Development team. - Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Requirements - Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent. - Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales is highly preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup.
