Event Planning Professional We are seeking an experienced Event Planning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our events department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating national live events with up to 500 attendees and incentive groups with up to 100 participants. Your primary duties will include managing participant management, handling travel arrangements nationally and internationally, providing second-level support to event participants, liaising with the Austrian team for seamless collaboration and alignment, managing event logistics, suppliers, and timelines with precision, and ensuring high-quality participant experiences from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong hands-on mentality with a sense of responsibility.
