As a customer champion for our payments business, you will play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of their investment. We are seeking an energetic and driven individual with experience in program or project management within a payments business to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers, implementation teams, and partners to ensure customer readiness to utilize our Virtual Cards and Digital Payments solutions. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position, including compliance and contracting expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer onboarding projects, ensuring readiness through tracking agreements, configurations, and implementation activities. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and implementation partners to drive successful go-lives. - Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, templates, and training materials to support scale and adoption. - Develop deep technical knowledge of our payments solutions to support customer onboarding, growth, and expansion. - Balance a high volume of concurrent customer projects while ensuring efficiency and quality. - Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the customer and partner experience. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in fintech, card payments, banking, or B2B payment solutions. - Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently with strong project management skills. - Experience collaborating with internal teams, partners, and customers to execute implementation plans successfully. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms; experience with financial systems is a plus. - Excellent English communication skills and demonstrated career progression in fast-paced environments. - Experience with software configuration and delivering product demonstrations is highly preferred. #LI-HYBRID #LI-MH2 We value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
