In this role, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Job Description: You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, coordinating front-line operations, and providing customer service. Your duties may include data entry, package handling, and answering customer inquiries. - Assist customers by tracing packages, answering questions about our services, and providing over-the-counter and phone services. - Check packages for proper labeling, content legality, weight and size, wrapping, insurance, hazardous material requirements, and customs documentation compliance. - Identify new customers or additional business opportunities, offer suitable services, open new accounts, and generate sales leads. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: - A high school degree or equivalent - Proficiency in English - At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in sales - Knowledge of cash and value management - Prior experience in a warehouse environment with understanding of operations and customer requirements You will also need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
