Duties and Responsibilities: - Support and develop a talented sales team to reach newly formed KPIs - Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure customer needs are met with the right product solutions - Craft and execute a strategic sales vision that blends international sophistication with local market knowledge - Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders - Oversee market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive positioning - Develop and implement pricing strategies in coordination with senior management - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows - Participate in internal committees, audits, and compliance initiatives as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in plastics, injection molding, or a related setting - Recent experience in injection molding and the plastics industry - Strategic sales expertise with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Experience managing and developing sales teams - Cultural adaptability, with an international mindset and a strong understanding of Latin American business culture - Strong industry network, with experience working with major clients in plastics, injection molding, or a related industry - Proficiency in Spanish and English - Willingness to travel extensively to visit clients, attend industry events, and drive sales growth - Strong negotiation and communication skills
