This is a remote position. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time (8 hrs per day/ 40hrs per week) Key Responsibilities: Prospect Outreach: Proactively identify and engage Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects in Texas through cold calls, emails,, and other channels, predominantly working US Central Time (CT) hours to align with local business needs. Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit for company's solutions, ensuring only high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Executives. CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and visibility for the wider team. Autonomous Execution: Take ownership of your pipeline, manage your daily schedule, and consistently meet or exceed outreach and qualification targets with minimal supervision. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to share insights from prospect conversations and continuously improve messaging and targeting. Process Improvement: Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize outreach, track performance, and suggest improvements to sales processes.
