Job Title: Senior Strategic Manager Job Description: As a Senior Strategic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development within the Latin American region. Your expertise in marketing, strategy, and business development will be instrumental in informing and executing comprehensive long and short-term strategies aligned with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing emerging market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will help define target audiences, value propositions, and key marketing priorities for brands and categories. Furthermore, you will explore and evaluate potential new business opportunities within the WACAM region, including new product categories, market segments, and distribution channels. You will develop business cases and financial models to support new business initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess viability, and develop go-to-market strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development roles within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. - Demonstrated track record of contributing to the development and execution of successful marketing strategies. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Nielsen). - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
