We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to answer incoming calls promptly. Using excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills including tone and accuracy. Collect personal demographic and injury information from patients to provide the medical provider with the most accurate material. Transfer phone calls to the designated medical provider on call.
